Monday Motivation 10.9.2017

“One small positive thought in the morning can change your whole day.”

Just the same as a negative thought, but I like being happy so we will go with a positive thought!  😉

Positive thinking can make a very large difference.  Even ignoring negative thoughts for some standard level realist thoughts can make a big difference.

This week I am going to challenge myself with thinking about something positive when I get up in the morning and see how I feel at the end of the week.  Will you do the same with me?
